BCUA Connection Program Form

The form is required if the property has existing 2 or less bedrooms and is increasing to 3 or more bedrooms.

Certificate of Continued Occupancy

Commercial

If you rent of sell your home, a Certificate of Continued Occupancy (CCO) is required.  If you are the owner and are renting a home, the Landlord Identity Registration Form should be completed and submitted to the Municipal Clerk.

Certificate Application

This is required for a Certificate of Occupancy, Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, Lead Hazard Abatement Certificate of Clearance.

Construction Permit Application Form and subcode technical sheets

Permits are required to construct, enlarge, repair, renovate, alter, reconstruct or demolish a structure, or change the use of a building or structure, or portion thereof, or to install or alter any equipment.  If you have questions whether a construction permit is required, please contact the construction official.

Direct Replacement (Borough Clerk’s Office)

  • contact the Borough Clerk’s Office for a driveway permit
    • driveway permit fee
    • deposit that is returned after inspection

Modification of Driveway (Building Department)

  • submit a completed a zoning application indicating the pavement coverage %  and a survey showing the improvement. 
  • after zoning is approved, contact the Borough Clerk’s Office for a driveway permit.
