April 21,2023

Hi Haworth,

I hope you all enjoyed the holidays, school breaks and the beautiful explosion of blooms with Spring’s arrival.

This week we are sending off the one and only Margaret Celotto as she begins her retirement. The Deputy Borough Clerk for 27 years, Margaret has been a steady, efficient, classy, and funny presence downtown. And she’s one of the key people who makes us run. We will miss Margaret’s wry smile and willingness to take on more and more - and more - work, always making it seem easy.

When you see Margaret next, please remember to wish her a happy next chapter and make sure to thank her, too!

HEATHER WASSER

Mayor, Borough of Haworth

A Message from Margaret Celotto

To All,

I have had the good fortune of serving you, the residents of Haworth, as Deputy Clerk and Deputy Registrar for the past 27 years.

I will be retiring on April 25th, 2023.

I wish you all a fond farewell – not a good-bye – since I may still see you downtown – maybe at Humphrey’s enjoying a coffee in the middle of the afternoon or at the post office mailing a card.

Lots of health and happiness,

Margaret Celotto
