Rev. Robert S. MacArthur

Rev. Robert S. MacArthur (1841-1923) Pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Manhattan from 1870 to 1911. Also editor of “The Christian Herald.” As president of the Baptist World Alliance, he went to Russia to dedicate a new Baptist church and he lobbied the Czar for a Baptist college in St. Petersburg.
