Child Health Conference: Well Baby Care Available for Haworth Children, Birth to Age 6

The Borough of Haworth through the efforts of the Haworth Board of Health provides well child services via the Child Health Conference at no cost to children and adolescents who are uninsured or under-insured.  Services available at the Child Health Conference include:

- Physical exams for children from birth to six years old

- Immunizations for vaccine preventable diseases from birth to 19  years old

- Blood tests to check for anemia and lead poisoning

- Screening tests to check for speech, hearing and/or vision problems 

All services are provided by a pediatrician and registered nurse.  The Hillsdale Child Health Conference is held on the 4th Wednesday of every month, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm, in the nurse's office at Hillsdale Borough Hall.  Appointments are necessary.  To schedule an appointment for your child contact the Hillsdale Public Health Nurse, Marguerite Deppert, at 201-666-4800 ext. 1528.
